GASTRONOMIC DEMOSTRATION

Located in the center of the Museo de Arte Precolombino, it is one of the best restaurants in Cusco. It gives us a delicious gastronomic proposal using perfect ingredients that allow us to enjoy a memorable experience in a special and elegant atmosphere. We will start with a short gastronomic review proper from the crossbreed of diverse cultures which had a big influence in the products, techniques, flavors, textures among others, allowing to get a complex, balanced and delicious cuisine. The description of ingredients and the preparation of some dishes will be an exquisite experience.

WE WILL START PREPARING:

An appetizer: Pisco Sour.
An entree: Capchi de setas.
A main course: Cordero Confitado.
A dessert: Frutas de Chocolate Caliente.

After eating, transfer to the hotel.

Schedule MON – SUN: Before 11:00 am and before 18:00pm
