GASTRONOMIC DEMOSTRATION

At the famous LIMO restaurant known by its proposal “Nikei” style which is the fusion of Japanesse and Peruvian cuisine. Their flavors are really amazing.

We will start with a short gastronomic review proper from the crossbreed of diverse cultures which had a big influence in the products, techniques, flavors, textures among others, allowing to get a complex, balanced and delicious cuisine. The description of ingredients and the preparation of some dishes will be an exquisite experience.

We will start making an appetizer and two entrees.

YOU CAN CHOOSE BETWEEN:

• Appetizer: Pisco Sour or Passion fruit sour.
• Entree: Causa or Tiradito.
• Main course: Ceviche or Tuna Tartar.
