DAY 01 – SUNDAY: IQUITOS / NAUTA / AMAZON RIVER
Reception at the airport by our staff to take you to the private wharf in Nauta heading the Amazon. Lunch on board. Boat excursion around the Buenos Aires Island and visit to the Amazon Distillery. Dinner and live music.
DAY 02 – MONDAY: AMAZON RIVER / YARAPA RIVER / UCAYALI RIVER
Bird-watching excursion in the Yanayacu de Capana Communal Reserve and excursion to explore the tributary rivers. Lunch on board. Visit to butterfly farm in Vista Alegre.
DAY 03 – TUESDAY: UCAYALI RIVER / MARAÑON RIVER / PACAYA SAMIRIA NATIONAL RESERVE
We will plow through Yarapa Negro River heading to “Casa del Arbol” project, where we will visit the suspension bridges and the visual platform to enjoy the impressive view. Sailing in Piranha Lake. Walk through a casual communal reserve to learn about medicinal plants.
DAY 04 – WEDNESDAY: PACAYA SAMIRIA NATIONAL RESERVE
Breakfast picnic in the Pacaya Samaria National Reserve. We will enjoy and swim with dolphins. Lunch on board. Tree-planting ceremony. Night excursion in the jungle.
DAY 05 – THURSDAY: PACAYA SAMIRIA NATIONAL RESERVE / NAUTA CITY
Piranha fishing in Shiriyacu. Lunch on board. Culinary demonstration. Visit to indigenous village Kukama Prado to learn about ancient traditions and traditional medicine. Boat excursion, live music and goodbye dinner.
DAY 06 – FRIDAY: NAUTA / IQUITOS
Breakfast and bus trip from Nauta to Iquitos. Short visit to the city and arrival to airport to travel to Lima.
